Twinners venture down into the Big Pit

An exciting visit took place at the weekend as Yate Twinning visited the Big Pit and National Coal Museum in Blaenavon, Torfaen, Wales.

Everyone was lowered 90 metres into the Big Pit mine shaft to begin a captivating journey around some of the original underground workings.
